Elda Garcia

Elda joined Amaya Family Law in March 2024 as the firm’s Legal Assistant. In her role, Elda provides legal support to our attorneys and paralegals. While in college, she worked as a pre-litigation paralegal at a motor-vehicle-collision firm, managing client cases involving complex medical records and accounts with providers, insurances, and collection agencies. She used the experience to hone her skill to think critically, remain calm, so as to best support clients who are in difficult emotional situations. Elda's reliability and empathetic approach allow her to be an excellent advocate for clients and prospective clients as well as a proactive member of the AFL team.
